The Bar Method Naperville is located at the Main Street Promenade, on the corner of Main Street and Van Buren Avenue, at 55 S. Main Street, Suite 211, Naperville IL 60540. There are three large, free parking lots located east and south of the studio.  There is also free street parking.

Reservations & Studio Policies:

RESERVATIONS

Reservations for classes are strongly recommended. In order to reserve classes online, you must have a current class package or purchase a single class.

WAITLISTS

If you want to attend a class that is full, add your name to the waitlist. Spaces do open up as clients reschedule. If a spot opens up you will receive an email notifying you that you are in class and off the waitlist. Once you are in class the same cancellation policy will apply. If you do not want to be on the waitlist you should remove your name.

CANCELLATIONS AND PENALTIES

If you need to cancel a class you must cancel 60 minutes prior to the class. You may cancel online or by calling the studio at 630.544.3431. We cannot accept email cancellations.

If you cancel less than 1 hour before class it will result in the deduction of 1 class from your account or the deduction of 1 day if you are on an unlimited monthly package.

ATTIRE

Please bring a pair of socks that covers your entire foot and wear exercise pants that cover below your knee.

CHILDCARE

Childcare is available during 8:45 and 10:00 a.m. classes M-F, and 8:15 and 9:30 a.m. classes on Saturday. You can make reservations online.  You may also reserve by telephone. Childcare costs $3 per child.  Childcare packages of 5 or 10 sessions are available.  You may cancel your childcare reservation up to 60 minutes before the scheduled class without any charge. Please leave snacks with peanut products at home. Thank you for helping us keep this a safe environment for all kids!

PREGNANT CLIENTS

Pregnant clients must provide a doctor’s note that allows permission to take strengthening and stretching classes. If you are pregnant and new to the Bar Method, please call us to schedule a prenatal class first.

NEW CLIENTS

Arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first class (you will not be allowed to join your first class after it begins). Bring socks, workout pants (below the knee) and top (tank top/t-shirt, etc.). Make sure you have had something light to eat 1-2 hours before class. Please note gum and cell phones are not allowed in class.

LATECOMERS TO CLASS

Returning students may enter an ongoing class (up to, but not after, 5 minutes into class) and must lift their knees 40 times before joining class.
